摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨大鼠睾丸嗜铬颗粒素A(CgA)免疫反应细胞在海洛因依赖期间的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法及图像分析方法,研究大鼠海洛因依赖期间睾丸CgA免疫反应(IR)细胞形态学及功能的变化。结果:在生精小管之间的睾丸间质内可见到CgA-IR细胞,阳性产物存在于细胞胞质中;与正常组及对照组比较,海洛因依赖组大鼠睾丸CgA-IR细胞免疫染色强度明显减弱,阳性细胞数量明显减少(P<0.05);图像分析结果表明,CgA-IR细胞的平均灰度值在海洛因依赖期间呈增高趋势(P<0.05),尤以17d时最高。结论:在海洛因依赖期间,大鼠睾丸CgA-IR细胞数量减少、分泌功能减弱,与机体的调节过程有关。
Objective:To explore the possible function of Chromogranin A immunoreactive (CgA-IR) cells in rat testis during heroin dependence.Methods:Immunohistochemical SABC method and imagine analysis were used to study the morphological and functional changes of CgA-IR cells in rat testis during heroin dependence. Results:The CgA-IR cells were located in the interstitial tissue between the seminiferous tubules,and the positive substances were in the cytoplasm. As compared with normal control group and saline control group,in heroin dependent group the number of CgA-IR cells(P<0.05),and the immunohistochemical staining intensity decreased evidently. The result of image analysis showed that the average gray degree of the CgA -IR cells increased during heroin dependence (P<0.05),especially on the 17th day. Conclusions:The number and the secretion function of testis CgA-IR cells decrease during heroin dependence which might be involved in the physiological regulation of heroin dependence.
