摘要(Abstract):
目的:克隆致倦库蚊Cecropins基因序列,并进行生物信息学分析。方法:选取致倦库蚊成虫,提取其DNA并以此为模板,设计一对引物,采用PCR技术扩增出Cecropins基因,应用相关生物信息学软件分析其序列。结果:克隆出致倦库蚊Cecropins基因,并测定其扩增产物序列,经同源对比确认,进行了相关序列分析。结论:获得致倦库蚊Cecropins基因序列,基因长度为259bp,与尖音库蚊一致性为97%。
Objective:To clone and analyze the sequence of cecropin gene of Culex quinquefasciatus. Methods:Genomic DNA of C. quinquefasciatus adults was isolated,and was used as template to clone cecropin gene by PCR with a pair of designed primers ATGAACTTCAACAAGCTTT and CAAGTCCTACT TTCCAAGT. The obtained sequence was analyzed with bioinformatics softwares.Results:A cecropin gene of C. quinquefasciatus was obtained,and was sequenced and analyzed. The results showed that the gene was 259 bp and was 97% consistent with that of cecropin gene of C. pipiens. Conclusion:The cloning is successful,and one of the cecropin genes of C. quinquefasciatus was obtained.
