摘要(Abstract)：
通过对３８２例戴有不良修复体患者的临床检查，发现不良修复体在材料选用及制作上均不符合口腔修复原则，故可导致多种口腔疾患。另外，是否戴有不良修复体与患者的文化素质有关。
It is found in the article that questional dentures may cause many sorts of oral diseases through an clinical oral examination and detail inquiry to 382 cases with the dentures in the past two years. These diseases are such as pulpitis, periodontitis, gingivetitis, oris, loosing and decay of the abutment etc, and the writer realize and find the etiology caused the oral disorders mentioned before, stating the features of materials and fabrication of the questional dentures. The dentures are made of self-curring resin (MMA) to a great extent and its fabrication are not corresponded with the prosthetic rules. So it brings about the pathological influences to the hard and soft tissues of mouth. Yet, it relates to the culture standard that a case is willing to accept the denture or not. So it is warned to the cases to take down the dentures and accept treatment immediately, and it is suggested that one would better not to use the questional denture.
