野生和人工栽培百尾参挥发油GC-MS分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的:应用GC-MS分析野生与人工栽培百尾参挥发油成分的差异。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取百尾参挥发油,用GC-MS联用技术对其进行分离测定,结合计算机检索对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果:在野生和人工栽培百尾参挥发油中分别鉴定出了48个和32个挥发油成分,其中有17个成分相同。结论:两种百尾参挥发性油的主要成分基本相同,但含量差异较大。
Objective:To analyze and compare the differences of volatile oil components extracted from wild and cultivated Disporum cantoniense(Lour.) Merr with GC-MS.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation.The chemical constituents of volatile oil were isolated and detected with GC-MS,and the structures of isolated chemical compounds were identified with computer retrieval.Their relative contents were determined with chromatographic peak area normalization.Results:Forty-eight and 32 chemical compounds were identified in volatilize oil extracted from wild and cultivated Disporum cantoniense(Lour.) Merr respectively.Of them,17 were identical constituents in both of the 2 kinds of volatile oil.Conclusions:The main components in the two kinds of volatile oil are basically the same,but the contents are quite different.It provides a theoretical basis for quality control of cultivated Disporum Cantoniense(Lour.) Merr.
