液相色谱法测定饮料中胭脂红的质量控制
A Study on Quality Control of Content Analysis on Carminum in Beverage with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨将水质分析中的精密度和偏性质量控制程序用于饮料样品中胭脂红的质控试验。方法:饮料样品经GB/T5009.35-2003规定方法处理,用高效液相色谱仪紫外检测器对标准溶液、质控样品、加标质量控制样品中胭脂红进行测定。结果:饮料的检出线为30 ng,3种试样的批内批间变异分析(F>F0.05)、3种试样的总标准差(St)均小于其各自浓度的5%(W),准确度的置信限R/d为0.95,能力验证样品Z=-0.62,结果为满意。结论:用水质分析中的精密度和偏性质量控制程序测定饮料中胭脂红是可行的,测定结果的误差在可接受范围内。
Objective:To study the feasibility of adoptting quality bias control procedures and precision used in water quality analysis to quality control test of beverage samples.Methods: Samples were treated with methods corresponding to GB/T5009.35-2003,and carminum contents in standard solution,quality control samples,and standard quality control samples were tested with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) UV detecter.Results: The detection line was 30ng.F value of inter-and intra-batch variation analysis of the three types of samples was bigger than F0.05.The total sample standard deviation(St) was l0.95 which was smaller than each individural concentration by 5%(W).The accuracy rating confidence limit R/d was 0.95,and the proficiency of testing samples was that Z=-0.62.The result was satisfied.Conclusions: The analysis quality control of carminum in beverage with HPLC is practicable and the erro in results is in acceptable range.
