贵州省少数民族百越系统的分子人类学分析A Preliminary Molecular Anthropology Analysis on Baiyue Ethnic Groups in Guizhou

摘要(Abstract):
目的:分析贵州省少数民族百越系统父系遗传结构,探讨其起源及迁徒。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测贵州省百越系统7个少数民族10个单核苷酸位点(SNPs)构成的Y染色体单体型,并以省内苗族为对照分析其父系遗传结构。结果:侗族、水族集中于Y染色体-SNP中H11单体型,H11的频率分别为92.5%及58.7%,布依族、仡佬族、仫佬族、毛南族、壮族5个民族集中于Y染色体-SNP中H8单体型,苗族样本集中于Y染色体-SNP中的H8、H11与H12单体型。结论:贵州省从江侗族、三都水族父系遗传构成相对简单。通过主成分分析,证明贵州省从江侗族、三都水族与其他的壮侗语族人群相聚,而布依族、仡佬族、仫佬族、毛南族、壮族5个民族之间有密切联系,且与国内其他地域百越系统有较大的遗传差异,是一个相对独立的群体。
Objective:To study the patrilineal genetic structure and the origin of Baiyue ethnic groups in Guizhou province.Methods:The frequencies of Y-chromosome haplotypes consisted of 10 single nucleotide polymorphisms were studied by using PCR-RFLP method with Miao ethnic group in Guizhou as control to analyze the patrilineal genetic structure of the Baiyue ethnic groups.Results:H11 haplotype was the most common one in Shui and Dong ethnic groups with frequencies of 92.5% and 58.7% respectively.H8 was the most common one among Bouye,Gelao,Molao,Maonan,and Zhuang ethnic groups compared with that of Miao in Guizhou which centralized in H8,H11 and H12.Conclusions:The patrilineal genetic structures of Dong ethnic group in Congjiang and Shui ethnic in Sandu are relatively simple.Principle component analysis indicates that the structure of Dong and Shui are close to Zhuang-Dong branch of Sino-Tibetan language family.Buyi,Gelao,Molao,Maonan,and Zhuang ethnic groups have close relations to each other,while genetic differences were found between them and other Baiyue ethnic groups in other areas of the state which shows that Guizhou Baiyue is a relatively independent ethnic group.
