螺旋CT三维重建在髁状突骨折诊疗中的应用

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:探讨螺旋CT三维重建在髁状突骨折的诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法:髁状突骨折患者106例,螺旋CT三维重建指导治疗组67例(A组),X线平片指导治疗组39例(B组),依据影像学诊断结果选择髁状突骨折的治疗方法及内固定物类型。结果:A、B两组分别有6例和5例选择保守治疗,疗效差别无统计学意义;两组分别有62例和36例选择手术治疗,A组疗效优良率、手术入路选择正确率和内固定物选择符合率均高于B组(P<0.01)。结论:螺旋CT三维重建可量化性显示髁状突骨折部位的解剖结构,在髁状突骨折诊断、治疗、手术入路及内固定物的选择方面具有很好的应用价值。
