摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :研究慢性肺心病患者血清胆碱脂酶 (ChE)变化的临床意义。方法 :采用比色测定法测定 36例慢性肺心病急性加重期和缓解期 30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)和 30例正常人血清ChE活性。结果 :慢性肺心病急性加重期患者血清ChE活力明显低于缓解期 (P <0 0 0 1) ;亦明显低于COPD组和正常对照组 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :ChE是反映慢性肺心病病情及评价预后的一项重要参考指标
Objective:To study the clinical significance of serum cholinesterase change to patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD). Methods: The levels of serum cholinesterase in 36 patients with CPHD during acute attack and revive course, 30 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and 30 normal people were detected with colorimetric method. Results: The serum cholinesterase levels in patients with CPHD in the course of acute attack were markedly lower than those in patients with CPHD in the course of revive (P<0.001); also were markedly lower than those in patients with COPD and normal controls (P<0.001). Conclusion: Cholinesterase might be an important index reflecting the CPHD patient's condition, and an index for estimation of the prognosis.
