摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨老年人再发脑卒中的相关危险因素。方法:回顾性分析对比再发组(109例)与首发组(326例)高血压、高血脂、高血糖及冠心病4种危险因素。结果:高血压、高血脂是明显增加再发脑卒中的危险因素,高血糖与冠心病不是增加再发脑卒中的危险因素。结论:脑卒中再发多见于老年患者;高血压与高血脂明显增加再发脑卒中的危险性。
