摘要(Abstract)：

<正> 近代对于肾脏疾病引起血压升高(肾性高血压)的机制研究颇多。Goldblatt 氏等(1934)曾用实验方法部分钳缩狗的肾动脉,使其产生了持久性的高血压,当时他们认为引起血压的升高可能有三种机转,其基本原因在于肾脏缺血。一、肾缺血性刺激传至血管舒缩中枢,反射性的使之全身小血管
