支原体培养基的改良An improved Culture Medium for Mycoplasma

摘要(Abstract):
以1%蛋黄和5%蛋清代替血清制成培养基培养支原体和在培养基中加入溴甲酚紫作pH指示剂观察其生化反应。结果表明,支原体生长迅速且菌落形态典型,溴甲酚紫变色pH阈较低,能更确切地反映支原体生长和代谢活动。莱氏支原体能发酵葡萄糖和乳糖产酸,能还原TTC。但不发酵蕈糖和不吸附红细胞。
In order to simplify the mycoplasma culture medium preparation, an egg medium contained 1% yolk and 5% egg white was made. Bromoresol purple was substituted for phenol red as a pH indicator. On this medium, acholeplasma laidlawii grew well, formed typical colony, fermented glucose and lactose, but not trehalose dihydrate. It also reduced TTC, but not be absorbed to chick red blood cell.
