摘要(Abstract)：

本文指出对伤寒厥阴篇的研究不仅要从有字处着眼,尚须采取前后对勘,左右呼应,全面理解的方法。笔者对《伤寒论》的体例、六经分证源流、厥阴病自身特点三方面进行阐述,认为厥阴病篇为《伤寒论》一书不可缺少的一部分,它的存在,使全书对疾病的发生、发展、变化、转归规律的总结达到完善的水平,对临床有着重要指导意义。
This paper has put forward a method to study on《Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Jueyin-section》.It point out that it is not enough only to have an eye to the literal meanings,besides,we must conseder every word with great care and make thorough penetrating analysis of the problems all-sided from the content. The writer set forthit's style of origin and development,classificating the symtoms with the names of six channel and characteristic of“Jueyindesea- se”of《Treatise on febrile diseases》.This section is the most important for the ancient classical work.For being it,that summing up to occurred,deve- loping,pathological changes and prognosis of the diseases.Hence,the whole work come up to consummate and is used as guide in significant clinical prac- tise.
