摘要(Abstract)：

对150例正常头颅平片进行了蝶鞍长径,深径、宽径和容积测量。结果:蝶鞍容积平均值儿童为494.1±137.0mm~3,青少年为551.2±161.4mm~3成年人为795±150.6mm~3。该测量对于地方性克汀病,垂体肿瘤、垂体侏儒症及席汉氏综合征有诊断价值。
The length,depth,width and volume of the sella turcica are measured in 150 films of the normal skull.The measured results were as follows: The average mean volume±SD were 494.1±137.0 in child,551.2±161.4 in youth and 795.0±150.6 in adult.The same approach was used to measure the sella turcica.This measurement is used on endemic critinism,tumor of the pituitary gland,pituitary dwarfism and Shechen's syndrome,and is valuable in the diagnosis of these diseases.
