摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨脑梗死后高血糖与脑缺血性损伤的关系。方法:将136例急性脑梗死患者分为正常血糖组、糖尿病高血糖组、非糖尿病高血糖组,观察各组病情轻重、梗死灶大小与血糖水平的关系。结果:3组病情轻重、梗死灶大小的分布差异有显著性(P<0.05)。正常血糖组病情轻,梗死灶小,糖尿病高血糖组与非糖尿病高血糖组病情重,梗死灶大。结论:脑梗死后高血糖可加重脑缺血性损伤。
Objective: To explore the relationship between hyperglycemia after cerebral infarction and the damages of the brain.Methods: 136 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into three groups:normal glycemic group,diabetes hyperglycemic group and non-diabetes hyperglycemic group.The relationship among the clinical neurological deficit scores,the size of focus in different groups and the blood glucose level were studied.Results: There were significant differences in distribution of the clinical neurological deficit scores and the size of focus among the three groups(P<0.05).In diabetes hyperglycemic group and non-diabetes hyperglycemic group,the clinical neurological deficit was more serious,and the focuses of cerebral infarction were larger than in normal glycemic group.Conclusions: The hyperglycemia after cerebral infarction can exacerbate the damages of the brain.
