摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :观察并分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血脂代谢特点。方法 :选择健康未孕妇女 30例 (对照组 ) ,正常孕妇 5 0例 (正常妊娠组 ) ,妊娠期糖尿病孕妇 30例 (GDM组 )。后两组分别于孕 2 4周、2 8周、36周抽取空腹静脉血测定各项血脂值 ,3组妇女均测空腹静脉血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)。结果 :(1)与对照组比较 ,正常妊娠组孕 2 8周、孕 36周以及GDM组各孕周的TC、TG、LDL C血脂测定值及TG/HDL C比值均较对照组明显升高 (P <0 0 0 1) ;(2 )正常妊娠组与GDM组随着孕周的增加 ,TC、TG、LDL C测定值及TG/HDL C比值明显升高 ;(3)GDM组不同孕周的TC、TG、LDL C测定值及TG/HDL C比值明显高于正常妊娠组不同孕周的测定值 (P <0 0 0 1) ,HDL L测定值降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :妊娠后各血脂值均随孕周增加而升高 ,孕晚期各值明显高于孕早、中期 ,更高于非孕期 ;GDM组不同孕周的血脂值明显高于正常妊娠组的不同孕周 ;妊娠期糖尿病孕妇存在血脂增高 ,血脂代谢紊乱。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the characteristics of serum lipid metabolism in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: Thirty GDM women, 50 normal pregnant women and 30 normal non-pregnant women were studied. The vein blood samples of GDM women and normal pregnant women were collected at the 24 th , 28 th and 36 th weeks of pregnancy respectively. The vein blood samples of normal non-pregnant women were collected once only. Serum TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were measured. Results: 1) Serum TC,TG, LDL-C and TG/HDL-C in GDM women at the 24 th , 28 th and 36 th weeks of pregnancy and normal pregnant women at the 28 th week and 36 th week of pregnancy were significantly higher than those of normal non-pregnant women(P<0.001). 2) The levels of serum TC,TG, LDL-C and TG/HDL-C in GDM women and normal pregnant women were increasing with gestational age. 3) Serum TC,TG, LDL-C and TG/HDL-C in GDM women were significantly higher than those of normal pregnant women (P<0.001). However, serum HDL-C in GDM women were significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women at corresponding gestational age(P<0.05). Conclusions: The levels of serum lipids were increasing with gestational age. The levels of serum lipids in late period of pregnancy were higher than those in the early period. The levels of serum lipids in GDM women were significantly higher than those in normal pregnant women at corresponding gestational ages. Increasing of blood lipids and disorder of lipid metabolism occur in GDM women.
