摘要(Abstract)：

目的:对Sysmex XS-1000i型血细胞分析仪进行性能评价。方法:按照国际血液学标准化委员会公布的评价方案,对Sysmex XS-1000i型血细胞分析仪的精密度、总重复性、携带污染率、线性、可比性和白细胞分类计数等方面进行评价。结果:Sysmex XS-1000i型血细胞分析仪的精密度、总重复性良好,CV值低于国际和厂商标准;携带污染率小于1.0%;线性好,线性范围较宽;测定结果与参考仪器相关性好;白细胞分类计数精密度CV值小于5.0%,与人工白细胞分类计数比较r值在0.367～0.821。结论:Sysmex XS-1000i型血细胞分析仪的各项性能良好,适用于临床血液分析快速筛查。
Objective:To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XS-1000i hematology analyzer(XS-1000i).Methods: According to the guidelines of International Committee for Standardization in Hematology(ICSH),the performance of XS-1000i was evaluated on items of precision,total repeatability,carrier contamination rates,linear range,comparability and WBC differential counts.Results: The precision,total repeatability,carrier contamination rates were all in the allowable range.The detection results showed a good linear relation in a broader concentration range and were well related with reference instrument.The precision of DC was acceptable,CV<5.0%,and compared with manual method,the correlation coefficients were 0.367 to 0.821.Conclusion: The performance of XS-1000i is suitable for rapid screening of clinical blood analysis.
