摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨参芎注射液对于肺动脉高压(PAH)合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效及安全性。方法:90例PAH合并COPD患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用参芎注射液,观察两组治疗前后氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、肺动脉收缩压、用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)及治疗不良反应,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗前两组呼吸循环功能各指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的SaO2、FVC、FEV1和PaO2均高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:参芎注射液对于COPD合并PAH的患者治疗效果较好,可显著改善患者的呼吸功能、循环状态。
