摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨外侧扩大入路钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的效果。方法:56例SandersⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折患者均采用外侧扩大入路钢板内固定术治疗,AOFAS踝后足评分系统评价治疗效果,并观察并发症。结果:56例患者,AOFAS评分优16例,良17例,一般18例,差5例;4例患者术后出现切口皮瓣表皮坏死,3例发生切口感染,3例发生皮肤全层坏死并钢板外露。结论:外侧扩大入路钢板内固定是治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的有效方法,但仍应注意避免皮肤坏死的并发症。
