产后尿闭的中医治疗TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICAL TREATMENT IN RETENTION OF URINE AFTER DELIVERY

摘要(Abstract)：
运用中医理论,根据尿闭产生的原因,结合产后气血不足之生理特点。采用温阳化气行水的五苓散为基础方,随证加入益气养血。宣肺利窍。清热解毒之品,治疗23例住院病人,服药1～2次即收效。
Retention of urine after delivery is one of the common complication in postpartum period. It is considered in traditional Chinese medicine to be caused by deficiency of Qi and Blood. There are 23 cases of postpartum dysuria treated by "Wu Ling San", which is the basic rescription. Supplementary drugs were added according to patient's health and in order to vitalize energy, nourishing blood or promoting diuresis by opening the inhibited lung-energy or clearing the heat and toxic materials. The results showed that the patients got good effect affer taking these drugs 1 to 2 times.
