红豆杉的生药学初探Study on Pharmacognosy of Old Taxus Chinensis(Pilger) Rehd

摘要(Abstract)：
采用分类学鉴定、经验鉴别、显微观察、显微化学、薄层层析、荧光分析等方法对红豆杉的原植物形态、性状及组织构造、粉末显微特征、理化特性进行研究 ,发现其韧皮纤维、韧皮射线、棕红色团块、淀粉粒和理化特性等是主要鉴别特征 ,为红豆杉的鉴别提供参考。
In order to provide the reference distinguishing Taxus chinensis(Pilger) Rehd, the models of taxonomy, experience, micro-observe, micro-chemical,TLC and fluorescence were used to study the shape and properties character of original plant and dried medicinal barks, structures of tissue, feature of the powder and the specific property on physics and chemistry of Taxus chinensis(Pilger)Rehd. The results showed phloem fiber, phloem ray, brown and red granule and particularity of the chemical reaction were main characteristic of the distinction. It was necessary to make the standard distiguishing Taxus chinensis(Pilger) Rehd.
