500例16岁以下癫痫患者的脑电图与发作类型分析ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL MANIFESTAION AND EEG IN 500 CASES OF EPILEPTICS UNDER 16 YEARS OLD

摘要(Abstract)：
我们随机提出500例16岁以下癫痫患者的脑电图,就临床发作类型之间的关系作初步分析,由于癫痫发作的国际分类法目前在我国尚未得到普遍使用,故它们之间的关系就很难作出科学的结论。本文还讨论了在儿童中近年来比较受到重视的良性中央回癫痫。为了提高脑电图检查的阳性发现,我们常规采用了诱发试验。
The clinical manifestation and EEG in 500 cases of epileptics under 16 years old are analyzed. Four opinions are concluded as follows: ① International classifiction of epilep have not been used widely in our country, so the clinical analysis of epileptic types is rather difficult to be corrected. ② Benign rolandic epilepsy was neglected by us. ③ Headache epilepsy and abdominal epilepsy must be diagnosed correctly both by EEG and clinical manifestation. ④ To promote the rate of correct diagnosis of epilepsy under 16 years old, the provoked test should be used in routine EEG examination. In infants and young children, even 10％ chlorohydrate can be used as a drug for provocation.
