手法治疗肩周炎300例Massotherapy in the Treatment of 300 Patients with Peripheral Omarthritis

摘要(Abstract)：
对300例肩周炎按病程分期进行不同的手法治疗。结果治愈61%,有效31%,无效8%,总有效率为92%。本文显示用适当的手法治疗肩周炎具有简易、副作用小、疗程短,疗效满意的优点,病人易于接受,便于推广。
Three hudred patients with peripheral omarthritis were treated by different kind of massotherapy. The patients were divided into different groups by the period of falling ill.Before massage,a medi- cated blood-activator wine or spirit was applied to the pain point and points.Seven times was a course of treament.The treatment result was satisfactory:all-cure rate 61%,cure rate 31%,failure rate 80%,total effective rate 92%.After treating lots of patients,the writer found out that the rule of the failing ill is from the period of severe pain to frozen shoulder and until the period of recovery about within 3 to 5 months.Therefore the aid of massage was to promote smooth circulation of blood and vital energy to relax muscles and tendons,tear the adhesion part,and recover the functinon of the shoulder joint.
