摘要(Abstract)：

<正> 十二指肠憩室是一较常见的病变,但产生症状和需手术治疗者并不多见。我院于1974乍2月至1979年8月间,外科住院病人中有9例此症进行手术治疗,其中6例作憩室切除,1例作憩室内翻,2例作转流手术。现将此9例,结合国内、外文献,作一分析讨论。
