盐酸法舒地尔治疗慢性脑供血不足临床疗效观察

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨盐酸法舒地尔治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为2组,在调控血压、血糖、血脂等基础治疗上,对照组用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,治疗组用盐酸法舒地尔治疗;治疗前后检测颅内各血管的血流速度及血液流变学指标,评价简易智能精神状态评估量表(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)以及症状改善情况。结果:两组治疗后脑血流动力学和血液流变学指标均明显改变,MMSE、HDS评分明显升高。结论:盐酸法舒地尔具有改善慢性脑供血不足脑血流动力学和降低血液黏稠度作用,减轻神经突触损伤,明显改善患者的认知功能,提高其生活质量,是治疗和预防脑供血不足的有效药物。
Objective: To explore the curative effect of fasudil hydrochloride on ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods: Ninety six patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.On the basis of regulation of blood pressure,blood sugar,and blood lipids,and other basic treatment,control group(group C) was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection and treatment group(group T) was treated with fasudil hydrochloride.Before and after treatment,blood flow changes of intracranial blood vessels,blood rheology changes were observed.Simple intelligence mental status evaluation scale(MMSE) and Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS) were used to evaluate patients' mental status.Results: After treatment,cerebral hemodynamics and blood rheology significantly changed.MMSE and HDS scores increased significantly and were higher in group T than those in group C.Conclusions: Fasudil hydrochloride can improve cerebral hemodynamics,decrease blood viscosity,and mitigate synaptic damage,significantly improve cognitive function of patients and improve their life quality,and is effective in treatment and prevention of cerebral blood insufficiency.
