高氟区氟中毒孕妇引产胎儿长骨的研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文报告了高氟区氟中毒孕妇的5例引产胎儿长骨的氟含量化学测定以及光镜和扫描电镜观察的结果。发现病区胎儿骨骼氟含量显著高于非病区胎儿,光镜和电镜下骨形态异常,骨生成较正常胎儿更为活跃。该结果表明氟离子能经胎盘入胎儿,并引起骨改变,推测胎儿甲状腺受损,促进成骨活跃。本文给氟中毒的防治提供了依据。
In an endemic area of fluorosis in Guizhou province,five human fetuses are delivered during their eight month's intra-uterine life by means of artificial abortion. Their bone samples,microscope and scanning including the humerus and the femur,were studied under light electron microscope.As compared with samples of the fetuses from a non-endemic area,samples from the endemic area showed more active new bone formation,inadequate calcification and abnormal development of epiphyseal chondrocytes. In correlation with the higher amount of fluoride ion in samples from the endemic area,these findings were ascribed to fluoride ion deposited in fetal bones from maternal bloodstream via placental circulation. Chemical study,statistically,the fluoride levels in the endemic area were significantly higher than in the controls from the non-endemic area(0.02
