摘要(Abstract)：

采用乙肝疫苗治疗100例 HBsAg 携带者,并以30例对照。实验组 HBsAg 阴转率17.0%,对照组阴转率13.3%(P>0.05);实验组 Anti—HBs 阳转率11.0%,对照组Anti—HBs 阳转率3.3%(P>0.05)。
The curative effect of hepatitis B vaccine for 100 chronic carriers of HBs- Ag is investigated from 1986 to 1987.30 chronic carriers of HBsAg were used as control group.For 100 chronic carriers of HBsAg aged 13-58 years there were 53 males and 47 females.In the experimental group,one ml hepatitis B vaccine was given cutaneously to each patient at the first,second,and fourth month respectively.In the control group,physiological saline injected was used as placebo.The varieties of clinical manifestation,hepatitic function. and antigen-antibody of hepatitis B were observed carefully.After treatment, the determine of antigen-antibody of hepatitis B was made for 2—5 times within4—8 months. The results of treatment was as follows: anti-HBs was found in 11 of 100 patients in experimental group,while in only 1 of 30 patients in the control. The rate of positive conversion of anti-HBs was 11.0% and 3.3% respectively (P>0.05);17 patients in the experimental group and 4 patients in the con- trol group had elimination of HBsAg,the rate of negative conversion of HBsAg was 17.0% and 13.3% respectively(P>0.05).Our study suggest that hepatitis B vaccine may have a curative effecs for chronic carriers of HBsAg. No side effect of vaccination was observed.
