枯草芽孢杆菌原生质体转化的初步研究Studies on Bacillus Subtilis Protoplasts Transformed

摘要(Abstract):
对11株耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌R质粒进行分析研究,并对枯草芽孢杆菌原生质体进行转化。结果表明:金黄色葡萄球菌R质粒DNA可转化枯草芽孢杆菌原生质体,转化频率为6.5×10-4,转化效率为1.3×103,而染色体DNA则不能进行原生质体转化。
R plasmids of 11 strains S.Aureus were analysed and B.subtilis as recipients for R plasmid were transformed. The result showed that the R plasmid DNA was able to transform the B. subtilis protoplasts.The transformation efficiency was 6.5×10-4.The transformation frequency was 1.3×103.The chromatosem DNA was unable to be transformed through the protoplasts. The studied result also showed that the epidemic plasmid of S.aureus in Guiyang 1992 was about the range of 2×106─27×106 dalton.
