Tei指数评价心肌缺血-再灌注家兔左心功能的研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨Tei指数评价心肌缺血-再灌注家兔左心功能的价值。方法:16只家兔随机分为2组,假手术组和缺血再灌注组;180min后对2组家兔行心脏超声检查,测量家兔左心室Tei指数、射血分数(EF)及左室短轴缩短率(FS)等指标;取各组家兔血清测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)。结果:2组Tei指数、EF及FS比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),血清SOD及MDA测定结果差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用Tei指数可较好地评价心肌缺血-再灌注家兔左心功能的改变。
Objective:To explore the value of Tei index in evaluation of left ventricular function of rabbits after ischemic reperfusion. Methods:Sixteen rabbits were divided into 2 groups randomly (8 in each):sham operation group (group S) and ischemia reperfusion (R/I) group (group R). Rabbits' hearts were checked by ultrasonography and heart function was detected by monitoring of Tei,ejection fractino (EF),and fractional shortening (FS) of left ventricular in 180min after reperfusion. Enzymatic dynamics of myocardimn SOD and MDA in serum of these rabbits were detected. Results:There were significant differences of Tei,EF,and FS between the two groups (P<0.05). The serum SOD level of group S was lower than that of group R,and the serum MDA level of group S was higher than that of group R. The differences were significant. Conclusion:Tei index is helpful in evaluation of rabbit cardiac function after ischemical reperfusion.
