超临界CO_2萃取珊瑚姜油的实验研究
An Experimental Study on Super Carbonoxide Extraction of Volatile Oil from Zingiber collinum

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :研究在实验室规模下 ,用超临界CO2 萃取技术从珊瑚姜中提取挥发油的最佳条件。方法 :研究萃取时间、压力、温度对萃取率的影响。结果 :较佳的萃取参数为 :压力 4mPa ,温度 4 0℃ ,时间 2h。结论 :超临界CO2 萃取珊瑚姜挥发油较传统的水蒸气蒸馏在萃取率、生物活性保持方面有优势。
Objective:This study focuses on searching for optimum parameters for the extracting of effective components (volatile oil) from Zingiber collinum Hance. Methods:Experiments on parameters of temperatue, pressure, and time for extracting were conducted with advanced super carbonoxide extraction (SCE). Results:The optimum parameters in terms of extracting pressure, time, and temperature were 4 Mpa, 2 hours, and 40 °C respectively. The extracting ration of volatile oil with SCE technique was much higher than that with traditional extracting technique, water steam distillation extraction. Conclusion:SCE technique showes the advantage in extracting of volatile oil including the high extracting ratio, bioactivity maintaining due to the mild extracting conditions and short extracting time. This experiment might contribute to the basis of following up experiments on the bench scale level.
