幽门螺杆菌感染对胃黏膜组织TGF-β RI表达的影响Effects of Helicobacter pylori Infection on the Expression of TGF-β RI in Gastric Mucosa Tissue

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对Hp相关性胃炎与胃黏膜癌前病变组织中转化生长因子βI型受体(TGF-βRI)表达水平的影响。方法:采用PCR-Hp-16SrRNA检测、Hp快速尿素酶试验(HpRUT)和14C-尿素呼气试验(14C-UBT)同步检测49例慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)、39例重度肠化生(IM)和20例中重度不典型增生(Dys)患者胃黏膜组织中Hp感染情况,并以免疫组化方法分别检测其中TGF-βRI的表达。结果:各组患者Hp阳性率对比无显著性差异(χ2=3.825,P=0.148),CSG、IM到中度、重度Dys组Hp阳性者的TGF-βRI表达水平与病变的严重程度呈负相关(r=-0.707,P<0.001)。结论:Hp感染在Hp相关性胃炎与胃黏膜癌前病变中可明显下调TGF-βRI的表达。
Objective: To explore the effects of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection on expression level of transforming growth factor β type I receptor(TGF-β RI)in gastric mucosa tissues of patients with Hp-related gastritis and gastric precancerous lesions.Methods: PCR-Hp-16SrRNA assay,Hp rapid urease test(HpRUT) and 14C-urea breath test(14C-UBT) were applied for synchronous detection of Hp infection condition of 49 patients with chronic superficial gastritis(group CSG),39 patients with severe intestinal metaplasia(group IM) and 20 patients with moderate or severe atypical hyperplasia(group Dys).Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the TGF-β RI expression in gastric mucosa tissues of these patients.Results: No statistical difference was found in Hp positive rates among the three groups(χ2=3.825,P=0.148).The TGF-β RI expression levels were negatively related with the severity of the lesions.Conclusions: Hp infection can significantly down-regulate the TGF-β RI expression in Hp-related gastritis and precancerous lesions.
