大链壶菌对三属蚊幼虫的比较灭蚊实验

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察并比较大链壶菌对致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊和中华按蚊幼虫的实验感染和杀灭情况。方法:在相同实验条件下用生物测定的方法分别观察、比较三属蚊幼虫实验组及对照组的死亡率和校正死亡率,同时比较蚊幼虫被大链壶菌感染后6、24、48、72h各时段的死亡率。结果:平均死亡率致倦库蚊和白纹伊蚊幼虫实验组明显高于对照组,而中华按蚊幼虫两组无明显差别。三属蚊幼虫的平均校正死亡率两两有差别。平均死亡率致倦库蚊幼虫以感染后6、24、48h较高,白纹伊蚊幼虫以感染后48h较高。未观察到中华按蚊幼虫被大链壶菌感染的征象。结论:致倦库蚊和白纹伊蚊幼虫对大链壶菌易感染,中华按蚊幼虫不易感染。
Objective:To observe and compare the effects of Lagenidium giganteum on larvae of Cu-lex quinquefasciatus, Aedes albopicus and Anopheles sinensis. Methods: General larval mortalities and mortalities in different treating stages of three mosquito species were observed using bioassay and the data were analyzed statistically. Results: There was no significant difference between the treated groups of C. quinquefasciatus and Ae. albopicus larvae, but their average corrected mortalities were different. They had much higher average mortalities than those of control. C. quinquefasciatus larvae infected by L. giganteum had obviously higher average mortalities in three time durations (6, 24 and 48 hours after being exposed to the fungus) , while the average mortality of Ae. albopicus larvae reached its highest point in the third stage(48 hours after being treated). Infection of An. sinensis larvae by L. giganteum was not found. Conclusion: C. quinquefasciatus and Ae. albopicus larvae were susceptible to L. giganteum, but An. sinensis larvae were not susceptible to it.
