摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨CT在鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤(IP)和非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:收集经手术和病理证实的22例鼻腔IP、32例NHL的CT资料,比较两者在病变部位、生长方式、侵及范围、周围骨质改变、边缘乳头状、气泡征、平扫密度及强化情况方面的差异。结果:IP患者中CT表现为沿鼻腔长轴方向生长、气泡征、边缘呈乳头状、周围骨质增生硬化、呈层状、裂隙状或卷曲脑回样强化的例数多于NHL患者;NHL患者CT表现为沿鼻腔黏膜方向弥漫浸润性生长、累及鼻翼、鼻背及颜面部皮下软组织、骨质无明显改变的例数多于IP患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻腔IP和NHL有不同的CT影像学特点。
Objective: To explore the value of CT in differential diagnosis of inverted papilloma( IP)and non-Hodgkin lymphoma( NHL) of nasal cavity. Methods: 22 cases of nasal cavity IP patients and32 cases of nasal cavity NHL patients confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively,and their CT data including lesions distribution,growth way,range of invasion,peripheral bone change,papillary edge and bubble sign,CT plain scanning density and enhancement pattern were compared and analyzed. Results: In IP patients,the CT data was characterized by growing along the long axis of the nasal cavity,bubble sign,papillary edge and peripheral bone hyperplasia and sclerosis. Besides,the number of IP cases with layered shape,slit shape and curly gyriform enhancement was compared with NHL patients. In NHL patients,the CT data was characterized by invasive growth along nasal mucosa involving the nose,nasal and facial subcutaneous soft tissue. However,the number of NHL cases with no significant peripheral bone change was significantly higher compared with IP patients( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: There are different CT sign between inverted papilloma and nonHodgkin lymphoma in nasal cavity.
