海洛因依赖对大鼠十二指肠5-HT-IR细胞的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨海洛因依赖对大鼠十二指肠5-HT-IR细胞形态和功能的影响。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC单染法和图像分析法,研究海洛因依赖期间大鼠十二指肠5-HT-IR细胞的形态学与功能改变。结果:与正常组及盐水组比较,5-HT-IR细胞免疫组织化学染色在海洛因依赖组均增强,阳性细胞数增多(P<0.05);图像分析结果表明,海洛因依赖组5-HT-IR细胞的平均灰度值较正常组和盐水组显著降低(P<0.05),以24d时间组最低(P<0.05)。结论:海洛因依赖组大鼠十二指肠5-HT-IR细胞数增加和5-羟色胺的合成、分泌增加,可能参与海洛因依赖期间大鼠机体内的调节过程。
Objective:To explore the possible function of duodenum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT-IR)cells during heroin dependence period.Methods:Immunohistochemical SABC method and image analysis were used to observe changes of morphology and function of 5-HT-IR cells during heroin dependence period in rats.Results:As compared with normal control group(NCG)and saline control group(SCG),the immunohistochemical reaction of duodenum 5-HT-IR cells in heroin dependence group(HDG)was obviously stronger,and the immunostaining of cells was more intensive,especially on the 24th day.The results of image analysis showed that the mean grey scale of duodenum 5-HT-IR cells in HDG was obviously lower as compared with NCG and SCG(P<0.05),especially on the 24th day.Conclusion:Duodenum 5-HT-IR cells might be involved in the regulation of heroin dependence by enhancing secretion of 5-HT.
