工业性氟中毒的脂质过氧化作用

摘要(Abstract):

用抗氧化复方中药制剂治疗工业性氟中毒患者,6个月后检测红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutaseSOD)活性及血浆中丙二醛(malonaldehydeMDA)含量,与治疗前及正常对照组相比,发现其SOD活性显著增高,MDA含量明显降低,表明在工业性氟中毒中也存在脂质过氧化作用
After six months' treatment by using anti oxidation combination preparation of traditional Chinese medicine on the patients of industrial fluorosis , it is found that the SOD activity in red blood cell increased substantially, and MDA concentration in blood plasma decreased . This indicates that the over oxidation may exists in the case of industrial fluorosis.
