摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨胃窦5-羟色胺(5-HT)免疫反应细胞在海洛因依赖期间的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法及图像分析方法研究海洛因依赖期间大鼠胃窦5-HT-IR细胞平均灰度值和细胞计数的变化。结果:与正常组及盐水组比较,海洛因依赖组大鼠胃窦5-HT-IR细胞数量显著增加(P<0.01),细胞的平均灰度值较正常和盐水对照组显著降低,在第24天时变化最为明显(P<0.01)。结论:大鼠胃窦5-HT-IR细胞通过增加细胞数和增强5-HT的分泌,参与了机体在海洛因依赖期的调节过程。
Objective: To explore the possible function of hydroxytryptamine immunoreactive(5-HT-IR) cells in gastric antrum of rats during heroin dependence.Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method and imagine analysis were used to observe the changes of the mean gray degree and number of 5-HT IR cells in gastric antrum of rats during heroin dependence.Results: As compared with rats in normal control group and saline control group,the number of 5-HT-IR cells increased(P<0.01),and the mean gray degree of 5-HT-IR cells decreased in rats of heroin dependent group.The peak of these changes occurred on the 24th day.Conclusions: 5-HT-IR cells might involve in the body physiological regulation during heroin dependence by increasing the cell numbers and enhancing the synthesis of hydroxytryptamine.
