鼻前孔封闭术治疗严重萎缩性鼻炎THE SURGICAL TREATMENT OF SEVERE ATROPHIC RHINITIS OR OZENAE WITH CLOSURE OF THE ANTERIOR NOSTRIL

摘要(Abstract)：
萎缩性鼻炎及臭算症乃常见鼻病,迄今药物疗法效果仍不理想,多需手术治疗。在多种手术方式中,鼻前孔封闭术疗效较好。作者自1981年以来已为32例患者行过34侧手术,术后随访时间2月～2年4月,有效率达95.5%,建议推广使用。文内详细报导了手术操作方法及注意事项。
The effect of the conservative treatment of severe atrophic rhinitis-or ozeae is not satisfactory.So they usually need an operative procedure.There are many different types of operations,but each has its own merits and short- comings.The experiences of the surgical treatment on 28 eases(29 nostrils) with closure of the anterior nostril since 1981 have been reported.The sequence of I month to 2 years follow-up in 19 cases showed that 18 cases (94.7%)had improved prominently.So we would like to recommend it to be used in the daily clinics.The details of operative methods had been des cribed.
