赤灵芝孢子粉对环孢素A免疫抑制模型小鼠固有免疫功能的影响Effect of Ganoderma lucidum spore on Innate Immunity of Immunosuppression Mice Induced by Cyclosporin A

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨赤灵芝孢子粉对环孢素A免疫抑制小鼠固有免疫功能的影响。方法:用不同剂量赤灵芝孢子粉对环孢素A模型小鼠灌胃,于停药后第2、20天分别检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞的吞噬功能、免疫器官重量及血清总补体活性(CH50)。结果:与模型空白对照组比较,停药后第2天,高、中、低均可显著提高环孢素A小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力和胸腺指数,P<0.05,血清CH50值以中剂量组提高显著(P<0.05);停药后第20天,巨噬细胞的吞噬能力以中剂量组增强明显(P<0.05),血清CH50以高剂量组提高显著(P<0.05),胸腺指数以低剂量组提高明显(P<0.05)。结论:赤灵芝孢子粉可增强环孢素A免疫抑制模型小鼠的固有免疫功能。
Objective:To investigate the immunoregulation effect of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder in immunosuppression mice induced by cyclosporin A (CsA). Methods: Different dosages of G. lucidum spore were given orally to CsA immunosuppression model mice,and the phagocytic function of macrophage and neutrophile,total hemolytic complement(CHSO),weight of immune organs of the experimental mice were detected on the 2nd and 20th days after the withdrawal. Results: In mice of high,middle,and low dosage subgroups of G. lucidum spore treated group on the 2nd day of withdrawal,the phagocytic rates of macrophages,and the thymus indexes were significantly higher than those in mice of control group (P<0.05),and the serum CH50 significantly increased in the middle-dosage subgroup (P<0.05). Compared with the test results of control group,on the 20th day after withdrawal,the phagocytic rates of the macrophages increased remarkably in middle-dosage subgroup,the serum CH50 was promoted significantly in high-dosage subgroup (P<0.05),and the thymus index increased greatly in low-dosage subgroup (P<0.05). The phagocytosis of neutrophil,and the spleen index were promoted on the 2nd and 20th days after withdrawal. Conclusion: Ganoderma lucidum spore can enhance the innate immunity of CsA immunosuppression model mice.
