摘要(Abstract)：

目的:对雷公山自然保护区内不同生境的蚋类进行调查研究。方法:选择雷公山自然保护区内具有代表性的孳生环境,采用常规方法采集、制片和鉴定蚋种,并对我院馆藏标本进行整理,编制名表。结果:记录了蚋科S imu liidae蚋属Simulium共18种,分别隶属于3亚属。结论:雷公山自然保护区具有较好的蚋类孳生和血源条件,具有蚋类多样性,反映了东洋界的区系特征。
Objective: To investigate the basic fauna and geographical distribution of blackflies in Leigong Montain Nature Preserve.Methode: Blackflies of immature stages were collected from different areas of Leigong Montain Nature Preserve with conventional methods,and reared in the lab until adult emergence.The collected specimens were identified and recorded.All of the specimens including those kept in Department of Biology of Guiyang Medical College were rearranged.Results:Eighteen species of Simuliidae belonging to 3 subgenera of Genus Simulium were recorded in this area.Conclusions:The nature condition and the blood resources in Leigong Mountain Nature Preserve are quite fit for breeding of blackflies.The fauna of blackflis in Leigong area shows a character of oriental realm distribution.
