摘要(Abstract)：

目的:比较闭合复位改良克氏针内固定和切开复位接骨板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法:选择锁骨中段骨折患者54例,23例采用闭合复位改良克氏针内固定治疗,31例采用切开复位接骨板内固定治疗,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、优良率、并发症发生率及手术创面大小。结果:克氏针组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间分别为(14.04±5.48)min、(8.69±3.44)mL、(8.69±1.18)周,接骨板组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间分别为(80.80±13.31)min、(97.26±22.54)mL、(18.68±5.01)周,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组优良率及并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);闭合复位改良克氏针内固定手术创面较切开复位接骨板内固定小。结论:在锁骨中段骨折的治疗中闭合复位改良克氏针内固定较切开复位接骨板内固定具有出血少,手术时间短,手术创面小等优点。
