燃煤污染型砷中毒患者头发中微量元素与砷中毒关系探讨

摘要(Abstract):

目的:检测燃煤污染型砷中毒患者头发中微量元素含量,探讨其与砷中毒的关系,为砷的毒作用机制分析及辅助性诊断和干预提供参考依据。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法测定107例砷中毒患者和30例对照人群头发中的铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg);原子荧光光谱法测定砷(As)、硒(Se)含量。结果:砷中毒患者发中的Se、Zn、Ca、Mg明显低于对照组;Cu、Fe、Mn、As明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义;砷中毒不同病情组Se、Zn和Cu、Fe、Mn、As等含量有随病情加重而降低或升高的趋势。结论:砷可影响人体内微量元素的平衡,微量元素的失衡可能是砷毒作用的重要机制之一。
Objective:To explore the relationship between arsenism and trace elements in hair of arsenism patients caused by coal-burning,so as to provide bases for theoretical study,diagnosis,and intervention of arsenism. Methods:For 107 arsenism patients and 30 healthy people (as control),the concentrations of Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe,Ca,and Mg in hair were measured with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry,and the concentrations of As,and Se were tested with Flame Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. The data were analyzed statistically. Results:The concentrations of Se,Zn,Ca and Mg were lower and the concentrations of Cu,Fe,Mn and As were higher significantly in the hair of patients than those of control group; There was a trend that concentrations of Se,Zn,Cu,Fe and Mn in hair of arsenism patients decreased or increased along with the aggravating of the disease. Conclusions:Arsenic can effect the balance of trace elements in human's body and the unbalance of trace elements may be one of the important mechanisms of arsenism. To monitor and to supplement some trace elements with known effects such as Zn and Se will be helpful for diagnosis and intervention of arsenism.
