摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :探讨bcl 2基因在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况。方法 :应用免疫组织化学法 ,检测 2 9例子宫内膜癌患者癌组织中bcl 2基因的表达 ,对比其差异。结果 :随着手术病理分期的增加bcl 2在子宫内膜癌中的表达有上升的趋势 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;随着组织学分级的增加有下降 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :bcl 2基因在子宫内膜癌组织中有表达 ,可能与子宫内膜癌发展有关
Objective: To evaluate the expression of bcl 2 gene in tissue of endometrial cancer. Methods: The specimen from 29 patients suffering from endometrial cancer were analyzed with immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of bcl 2 gene positively correlated with the surgical staging of the cancer (P<0 05). There was a decreasing tendency of the expression along with the increase of histopathologic grades of the cancer tissue, but no significant difference was found (P>0 05). Conclusion: The expression of bcl 2 gene in endometrial cancer might relate with the development of the cancer.
