摘要(Abstract)：

笔者以子宫肌瘤患者为观察对象,采用耳穴视诊法、耳穴触诊法观察耳廓形态、色泽的变化规律。其结果表明:子宫肌瘤患者耳廓视诊主要表现为相应部位色素沉着、结节状隆起、点片状暗灰色;耳廓触诊主要表现为子宫穴条索阳性、内分泌穴条索阳性;舌质变化主要表现为舌质紫暗,有瘀点或瘀斑。子宫肌瘤患者的耳穴观察为临床诊断和治疗原理提供理论依据,具有诊断和治疗的实用价值。
Auricular points of 58 patients of uterus leiomyoma were investegated.By inspection and touch, the regularity of shape and color changes at auricular pints of uterus leiomyoma patients was observed.It was found that the main mainfestation were pigmentation, nodose bulge, and dark grey spots in the corresponding areas and positive stripe at uterus point and endocrine point.The main accompanying tongue changes were dark purple color and petechia or bruise.It is considered that the observation on auricular points has practical value in the diagnosis and treatment of uterus leiomyoma for providing the theoretic basis of them.
