天泉通颗粒挥发油提取及β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究天泉通颗粒中挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法:采用单因素分析考察最佳提取工艺,以收油率作为提取工艺的指标;采用正交试验考察最佳包合工艺,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率作为评价包合工艺的指标。结果:挥发油提取的最佳工艺为加12倍量水,浸泡0.5 h,提取4 h;最佳包合工艺为:挥发油和β-环糊精包合比例为1 ml∶6 g,包合温度40℃,搅拌时间2 h。结论:所选提取工艺收油率高,包合工艺合理,节约成本。
Objective: To optimize the technology of volatile oil extraction and β-cyclodextrin compound inclusion of Tianquantong granules.Method: The extraction conditions were evaluated with single-factor analysis using oil-obtaining ratio as index;Orthogonal test was adopted to estimate the inclusion technology using oil-bearing ratio and inclusion ratio as indexes.Results: The optimal protocol for extraction was: soaking the granules in 12 folds of water in quantity for 30 minutes,extracted inoil for 3 hours.The best condition for inclusion was:the ratio of oil and β-cyclodextrin being 1mL: 6g,and stirring oil for 2 hours at 40℃.Conclusions: The extraction and inclusion conditions summarized in this study are suitable with high oil-extraction ratio,reasonable inclusion process,and minimum cost.
