摘要(Abstract)：

目的:研究心脏永久起搏器植入术的并发症。方法:植入心脏永久起搏器464例,记录永久起搏器植入术中、术后近期(术后6~8周内)以及术后远期的并发症,并进行分类、统计,计算不同并发症的发生率。结果:共发生并发症22例,发生率为4.74%;其中囊袋积血8例、囊袋感染1例、囊袋破溃2例、气胸3例、心脏穿孔1例、左上肢静脉血栓形成1例、电极脱位4例、起搏器综合征2例。结论:起搏器植入术中及术后会出现各种并发症,术前充分准备、术中仔细操作及术后严密观察和及时处置,可以降低起搏器植入术并发症的发生率。
