摘要(Abstract):
目的:观察家蝇幼虫分泌物抗菌肽对正常昆明种小鼠血清溶菌酶含量的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为4组,每组8只。实验组腹腔注射不同剂量(5mg/kg、10mg/kg和20mg/kg)的家蝇幼虫分泌物抗菌肽,1次/d;连续7d后,眼球取血检测小鼠血清中溶菌酶的含量。设立腹腔注射生理盐水的小鼠为对照组。结果:给予抗菌肽后,各实验组和对照组相比,小鼠血清溶菌酶含量均有所提高,其中以10mg/kg和20mg/kg组增高较为显著。结论:家蝇幼虫分泌物抗菌肽能显著提高小鼠血清中溶菌酶含量。
Objective:To observe the effect of antibacterial peptides in housefly larval secretion on levels of serum lysozyme in mice.Methods:Thirty-two Kunming mice were divided randomly into four groups(8 in each).Mice in experiment groups were injectd with antibacterial peptides into abdomial cavity,and mice in control groups with normal saline instead,once a day for 7 days.The concentrations of serum lysozyme were determined.Results:The lysozyme concentrations in mice of antibacterial peptides treated groups were higher than those in mice of control group.Conclusions:The antibacterial peptides in housefly larval secretion could improve the level of serum lysozyme in mice.
