羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病肾病患者的疗效及血清hs-CRP和Hcy水平的影响Efficacy of Calcium Dobesilate on Diabetic Kidney Disease and Its Effect on Serum hs-CRP and Hcy

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病(DKD)的疗效及对患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法:82例早期DKD患者随机均分为对照组与观察组,A组口服血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)及血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(ARB)治疗、B组在此基础上联合应用羟苯磺酸钙治疗、疗程12周,选取同期40例健康体检者为对照组;观察对照组及治疗前后早期DKD患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平及尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)。结果:治疗前,两组早期DKD患者UAER及血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组早期DKD患者尿UAER及血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前显著降低,且B组降低更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:羟苯磺酸钙治疗DKD可有效降低血清Hcy、hsCRP水平,并降低尿微量白蛋白水平,延缓肾脏病进展。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease( DKD) and its effect on serum hs-CRP and Hcy. Methods: 82 cases of early DKD patients were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was treated with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor( ACEI) and angiotensin receptor antagonist( ARB). Group B was treated with calcium dobesilate on that basis,and course of the treatment was 12 weeks. 40 cases of healthy individuals in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and urinary UAER in control group and early DKD patients before and after treatment were compared.Results: Before treatment,UAER and serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels of early DKD groups were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,UAER and serum Hcy and hsCRP levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment; the decrease in group B was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Calcium dobesilate applied in treatment of early diabetic kidney disease can effectively reduce the level of serum Hcy and hs-CRP,and reduce the level of urinary microalbumin,thus delaying the progress of kidney disease.
