摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道肝动脉明胶海绵栓塞后7～10天加60Co 移动条照射治疗巨块型原发肝癌兰例。肝中平面量20～22Gy。治疗后所有病例肿块均有缩小,肝区疼痛减轻,AFP、GPT 下降,但生存期尚无明显延长。栓塞治疗的主要副作用为发烧,移动条照射无明显副反应。作者认为,本组生存期未能延长主要与放疗量不足有关。
Three cases with primary liver cances were treated by artery embolization and total liver irradition by moving strip technique.All patients underwent per cutaneous hepatic artery catheterization and angiography.After angiography the catheter was left in place for embolization by debris of clastic selfoam in 10 ml of saline through the catheter.Seven or ten days latter the irradiation of total liver by a moving strip technique was followed.The dose of midline of liver was 20-22 Gy in 4-6 weeks.The effect of treatment was shown in that the tu- mor regressed,pain relieved and the level of AFP and SGPT were decreased in all patients,but the survival time was no singnifieant longer.
