氢溴酸高乌甲素注射液与4种液体配伍的稳定性

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :考察氢溴酸高乌甲素注射液在 4种液体中的稳定性。方法 :在 2 5℃ ,模拟临床用药浓度 ,将氢溴酸高乌甲素注射液加入 4种液体中 ,用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后 2 4h内不同时间混合液的吸收度 (A) ,并扫描 ,同时检查配伍液的pH及外观变化。结果 :氢溴酸高乌甲素注射液与 5 %葡萄糖注射液 (GS)、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液 (GNS) 2种液体配伍 ,在 2 5℃放置 2 4h ,其外观、pH值、氢溴酸高乌甲素含量及图谱基本不变 ;与 10 %GS、0 9%氯化钠注射液 (NS) 2种液体配伍 ,在 2 5℃放置 8h ,其外观、pH值、氢溴酸高乌甲素含量及图谱基本不变。与 10 %GS液体配伍 ,在 2 5℃放置 2 4h ,其外观、pH值基本不变 ,氢溴酸高乌甲素含量、图谱略有变化 ;与0 9%NS液体配伍 ,在 2 5℃放置 2 4h ,其外观、pH值、氢溴酸高乌甲素含量基本不变 ,图谱略有变化。结论 :氢溴酸高乌甲素注射液与 5 %GS ,GNS 2种液体配伍 ,在 2 4h内基本稳定 ;与 10 %GS ,0 9%NS 2种液体配伍 ,在 8h内基本稳定
Objective: To investigate the compatibility of Lappaconitine Hydrobromide injection with four other kinds of injection solutions. Methods: Changes of absorbance at 214 nm, pH, and appearance of Lappaconitine Hydrobromide injection within 24 hours under 25 ℃ after combined with four kinds of injection at clinictherapy concentration were measured. The four solutions were 5% glucose injection solution (5% GS), 10% glucose injection solution (10% GS), 10% glucose and sodium chloride injection solutions (10% GNS), and 0.9% sodium chloride injection solution (0.9% NS). Results: No significant change was observed in 24 hours of the combination of Lappaconitine Hydrobromide injection with 5% GS, and 10% GNS under 25 ℃, or in 8 hours of the combination of Lappaconitine Hydrobromide injection with 10% GS and 0.9% NS under 25 ℃. Conclusions: Lappaconitine Hydrobromide injection is compatible with 5% GS and 10% GNS in 24 hours of the combination under 25 ℃, and is compatible with 10% GS and 0.9% NS in 8 hours of the combination under 25 ℃.
