摘要(Abstract)：

目的:分析贵阳市云岩区某社区老年居民的主要健康问题。方法:对自愿参加免费体检的380位老年居民体检报告进行汇总分析,按性别、年龄段分组分别对BMI、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、血常规等体检结果进行分析。结果:380位老年居民体检异常检出率为92.37%,60~69岁、70~79岁、80岁及以上受检居民中肥胖的比例分别为12.58%、8.72%、2.04%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.53,P=0.01);3个年龄段老年居民的血常规异常检出率分别为13.84%、25.58%、40.8 2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.13,P=0.00);男性居民中的肝、肾功能异常检出率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.77,P=0.02;χ2=5.57,P=0.02);老年女性胆固醇和甘油三酯都高的比例为18.42%,高于男性的8.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.46,P=0.04);不同年龄段、不同性别老年居民高血压、糖尿病、心电图异常检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本次社区受检的老年居民体检指标异常检出率较高,应引起居民和社区医务人员的高度重视。
Objective: To understand the health status of the elderly in a community in Guiyang city.Methods: Physical examination reports of 380 elderly people were analyzed. The elderly were categorized according to sex and age. The conditions of BMI,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipoidemia,routine blood test were analyzed. Results: Among 380 elderly people,the abnormal rate was 92. 37%.The proportion of obesity of elderly 60 ~ 69 years old,70 ~ 79 years old and over 80 years old was12. 58%,8. 72%,2. 04% respectively( χ2= 13. 53,P = 0. 01); Abnormal rate of routine blood test was 13. 84%,25. 58%,40. 82% in three age groups( χ2= 17. 13,P = 0. 00); The abnormal rates of liver function test and kidney function test of men were higher than those of women( χ2= 5. 77,P =0. 02; χ2= 5. 57,P = 0. 02); Rate of women having high cholesterol and triglyceride levels was18. 42%,which was higher than that of men( χ2= 8. 46,P = 0. 04); The rates of hypertension,diabetes and abnormal ECG of elderly with different ages,different genders did not have any significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusions: Abnormal rate of physical examination results of elderly is relatively high in this community. The elderly and medical staff should pay attention.
