摘要(Abstract)：

对２１０例正常人Ⅱ和Ｖ３导联１ｍＶ（１ｍＶ＝１０ｍｍ）、２ｍＶ及性别之间进行ＪＴ、ＪＴｃ间期和ＪＴｃ／ＱＴｃ值的比较分析。结果显示：不同电压间、不同导联间及男女性别间ＪＴ、ＪＴｃ间期及ＪＴｃ／ＱＴｃ值的差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：应在２ｍＶ的Ｖ３导联测量ＪＴ间期及计算ＪＴｃ值，以减少误差提高准确性。对ＪＴｃ／ＱＴｃ值的规律性也作了一些探讨
Two hundred and ten normal persons’ electrocardiogram lead Ⅱ and V 3 , 1 mV and 2 mV voltage to compare the differences in different sexes were studied The results are as following:1 The JT and JTc interval and JTc/QTc value in females>males, at same lead and voltage 2 In case of same lead but different voltage, the JT and JTc interval in 2 mV>1 mV(except JT at lead Ⅱ in different voltages) The JTc/QTc value at lead Ⅱ, 2 mV<1 mV(P<0 05);at lead V 3 there is no remarkable difference (P>0 05)。3 At different leads but same voltage, in males the JT and JTc interal at lead V 3>lead Ⅱ (P<0 05～0 01)(except JT at different leads and 1 mV) In females, there are no such characteristics (P>0 05) The JTc/QTc value at lead V 3< lead Ⅱ(except different leads and 2 mV in males) Therefore, in males the JTc interval and the JTc value shoued be measured and calculated at lead V 3 and 2 mV,while in females it shoued be done at lead Ⅱ and 2 mV The clinical significance of the JTc/QTc value needs further in vestigation
